The offshore boats returned to the docks with good numbers of Yellowfin, limits of Dolphin (some gaffer) a Mako Shark and multiple Bluefin releases.
Inshore anglers are catching their limits of Puppy Drum.
Surf fishing was slow on the south beaches yesterday. Ramp 49 and 55 had a few Sea Mullet, small Bluefish and Blow Toads.
The piers are slow this morning. Skates and Dogfish. Jennette’s pier added a Puppy Drum to the mix.
Little Bridge caught Trout this weekend. Also Stripers, Shad and a keeper Flounder.
Lee Hinson caught a 15 in Flounder from Rhodom’s Point back in Collington. His bait of choice was gulp shrimp.
The wind is ENE at 14. The water temp is 52 degrees. We will have showers and thunder storms through Friday.
