We have a nice day on the Outer Banks. We are due. The wind is NW at 11 and the water temp is 50 degrees.
The fleet out of Oregon Inlet went out this morning and I am looking for a good report.
The 31st Ocracoke Surf Fishing Tournament is in its second day. They caught Sea Mullet, Bluefish and a few lucky anglers caught keeper Puppy Drum.
Big Drum were caught at the point and around the jetties there were Bluefish and Sea Mullet.
The Little Bridge fishermen are catching a good amount of Trout this morning. There was a 21 in Speck decked. You can’t keep ‘em but they are fun to catch.
Nags Head Pier are catching small Spot, some Sea Mullet and Skate. Avalon Pier has a good run of Sea Mullet. Jennette’s have Spot and Sea Mullet.
