The blue water boats caught large amount of Dolphin, a few Yellowfin and a Big-eye.
Drum fishing is just unbelievable in the sounds. The inshore boaters are also catching Stripers and Trout.
Little Bridge anglers are catching Spot and Croaker this morning.
There are some nice Sea Mullet in the surf. A couple of citations have been reported. Scattered Drum and Bluefish. When the water is clear, you should be able to catch bluefish on lures. Use cut bait when the water is muddy. You can keep 15 bluefish per person a day, with only 5 greater than 24in. There is no minimum size limit for bluefish.
Jennette’s Pier reported Bluefish, Drum, and Sea Mullet. Outer Banks pier has Blues and Drum. Avalon caught 2 nice Flounder this morning, Drum, Bluefish, Trout and Sea Mullet. Nags Head decking plenty of Bluefish.
