Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishermen are still reeling in plenty of Drum. I also got news of another Stripper caught from the surf with sand fleas as bait. There are a few bottom fish and Bluefish.
I believe Bobbie Johnson in Collington is the Flounder queen. She caught another keeper. Jake Worthington caught a 25 in Drum from the Avalon Pier. Gulp was the bait of choice for both.
We have SW wind and water temp at 52 degrees reported by U. S. Army corps of Engineers Research Pier in Duck

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported bottom fish and plenty of catch and release Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Blues. Good Drum bite last night.
Jennette’s: Bluefish and Sea Mullet. Water temp is 62 degrees.
Outer Banks: Mullet and Blues. Excellent Drum bite yesterday afternoon.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
A variety was caught by our nearshore boats. They reported Bonita, False Albacore, Spanish and Bluefish. I had a report of a 67 lb Cobia decked yesterday.
The head boat, Miss Oregon Inlet has returned for the summer. They caught Spot, Sea Mullet, Gray Trout, Croaker and Pinfish.

Offshore Boats Report:
Blue water had big gaffer Dolphin including some citations.
