Surf Fishing Report:
The Drum action was excellent on all beaches yesterday. Lucas Bomar caught his first Drum in South Nags Head. Debra Bailey Beached her 26 in Drum in Pea Island. Jimmy Harris was in the blitz south of Avalon Pier and caught Drum on Shrimp. Kevin and Bill White were fishing in the 4 wheel area north of Corolla. Douglas Haber caught several Drum fishing in Nags Head at 4:30 AM. His Drum measured 24 in. John & Al Ellington caught their Drum on white Gulp. (Click on pictures). It was a great Drum day.

The water is nasty this morning and the temp has dropped to 54 degrees. The wind is W.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a good day on Tuesday. Anglers caught Drum, Spot, Croaker and 3 Stripers
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet and Skates.
Outer Banks: Many Skates
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The winds were a factor yesterday but there were Bluefish caught nearshore. Miss Oregon Inlet caught Sea Mullet, Spot and Pigfish.
Offshore Boats Report:
It was a good Dolphin day for the few boats that fished.
