Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing was slow Sunday. Hunter and Tyler McWhorter gave up on fishing the surf and went to Mann’s Harbor. They caught a few keeper Drum. There were Drum also caught on the south side of Oregon Inlet.
The wind has died down and should be a fair Drum day. The wind is NE a 4 and the water temp is 68 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Spot, Croaker and Trout.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Some Drum, nice Trout, scattered bottom fish.
Nags Head: Spot, Croaker and Mullet.
Jennette’s: 22 in Drum, Croaker, Bluefish and Mullet.
Outer Banks: Few Drum, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
No Report.
Offshore Boats Report:
Despite being a really windy day, the charters limited out with Yellowfin and Dolphin.
