In Summary:
It is a beautiful day on the Outer Banks. Too early to have a lot of fishing news after Arthur. There are few people on the piers. The only pier news, Avalon caught a 25 in Drum on a cut Spot. The water is rough and ugly. The little Bridge has bad grass. The water temp is back up to 73 degrees with NE winds.
Matt Angier caught a nice 23 in Trout using a rattle trap. This was before the storm. I have an interesting picture from Denny Reed. A water spout at MP 22 in Corolla’s 4×4 areas. Also Denny has been catching lots of Croaker and some nice Sea Mullet. Click on pictures to enlarge.
