Surf Fishing Report:
A few Sea mullet and Spot north of the Inlet. The water was beautiful yesterday and I expected to hear more news. Where is everyone? Let me know what’s happening.
I do know Archie caught his 25.5 # King from Jennette’s pier. He was pin rigging with a live bunker.
The wind is SW is at 10 kts and the water temp is 75 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, a few keepers, Croaker, Spot and Flounder.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 2 keeper Flounder, a Spanish and small Cobia.
Nags Head: Slow. Croakers and Blues.
Jennette’s: Blues, Spot and Sheepshead.
Outer Banks: Small Spot and small Pompano. All piers are slow.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Good catches of Puppy Drum, Flounder, Speckle Trout and Sea Mullet were caught inshore. Nearshore caught Albacore and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
Plenty of Yellowfin, Wahoo and Dolphin. There were Billfish releases. Pirates Cove Marina could claim 41 Billfish releases. It’s an exciting time of the year for sport fishing.
