In Summary: It is a beautiful day on the Outer Banks. Too early to have a lot of fishing news after Arthur. There are few people on the piers. The only pier news, Avalon caught a 25 in Drum on a cut Spot. The water is rough and ugly. The little Bridge has bad grass.
