Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing was slow yesterday, due to rain and lack of fishermen. I might add you can catch fish in the rain. I know, I’ve done it. If you are not going to fish, visit TW’s and look at all the good stuff we have. We will have SW wind and showers for the next couple of days and the water temp will be in the 60’s. The water temp this morning is 63 and the SW wind is at 12 kts.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and decent size Spot.
Nags Head: Spot and Bar Jacks. Caught nice King Mackerel late Friday.
Jennette’s: Croaker, Spot, Sea Mullet and Sand Perch.
Outer Banks: A good run of nice Spot, Croakers and Mullet.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers brought in Spanish, Albacore, Bluefish, and Sea Mullet. Inshore returned with Puppy Drum, Gray Trout, Flounder and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was not the most pleasant day for fishing, but the bite was on anyway. Lots of flags were flying. Oregon inlet released 26 White Marlin and 4 Blue. There were Yellowfin, plenty of Dolphin and limits of Tilefish.
