Surf Fishing Report:
A few bottom fish from Nags Head to Corolla. And then there is the one big one when you least expect it. Jed Jackson caught a 25 in Drum using Shrimp for bait.
The wind is N at 9 and the water temps is 75 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small stuff. Trout, Pinfish and Pigfish. Ever so often, someone catches a keeper Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish, Bluefish and Spot.
Nags Head: Blues, Spot, Flounder and Croakers.
Jennette’s: Blues and Spot.
Outer Banks: Spot, Sea Mullet, Blues and Pompano.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Near shore boats brought home Spanish, Bluefin and Amberjacks. The inshore anglers had Flounder, Sea Mullet, Trout and Bluefish in their fish box.

Offshore Boats Report:
The rain has not slowed the offshore fleet. It was a big day for catching Dolphin. There were Yellowfin, Blackfin and a 169 # Big-eye. Pirates Cove “Country Girl” released a White Marlin, A Blue Marlin and a Sailfish for a grand slam. There were several Blue Marlin, White Marlin and a sailfish releases.
