Surf Fishing Report:
There were scattered Spot and Sea Mullet North of Oregon Inlet.
I heard from a fishing buddy Grover Cleveland. He caught a 25 in Puppy Drum and Bluefish at ramp 4 on Tues. when the weather was rough and the water was even worse.
The wind is N at 15 and the water temp is 76 degrees as reported by US Army Corps of Engineers.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported early morning Trout and Croakers.
The sound fishing boaters are catching nice Trout and Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot.
Nags Head: Spot and Croaker
Jennette’s: Bluefish and lost a King.
Outer Banks: Lots of Spot. Catching on artificial clam fish bites. Water temp is 76 degrees.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The nearshore fleet caught Bluefish, Cobia, Sharks and Spanish. The inshore anglers added Puppy Drum, Speck’s, Flounder and Cobia to their boxes.

Offshore Boats Report:
A great day of fishing for the bluewater charters. They caught their limits of Dolphin, somewhere around 240, also gaffer Dolphin, Wahoo, Yellowfin, Blackfin Tuna and Tilefish. The Billfish Tournament Participants from Pirates Cove Marina release 60 White Marlin, 1 Blue and a Sailfish.
