Surf Fishing Report:
It is a perfect Outer Banks day. The wind is SW at 6 and the water temp is 76 degrees. We have small swells. Drum are scattered from Corova to Oregon Inlet. A few Bluefish and bottom fish are in the surf.
My good tip of day. All ORV fishermen who drive our National Parks. You can get your permits on line. It is much easier than having to go to one of the 3 stations designated for ORV permits.

What are the ORV permit options? There are two types of permits: 7-day/$50 permits (valid from the date issued) and
Annual/$120 permits
There is a trailer at Coquina beach to buy your permit.
