In Summary:
High winds kept offshore fleet laid at the docks on Tuesday. The nearshore boats had good Bluefish fishing and there were a few Spanish caught. The inshore decked a few Bluefish, keeper Flounder, Drum and a few Trout. The piers are empty this morning. We have NE wind at 26 and the water temp is 72 degrees. There will be lots of rain today. It is estimated Manteo will get between 3 and 4 inches. There were a few Drum caught from the surf yesterday. I have pictures of Sandy Cizek and Chris Joseph with their good catch.
