OBX Pier reported Sea Mullet, Black Drum and small Puppies. The other piers are slow but it’s early. The Little Bridge anglers are not catching this morning because the water is not moving at all. I was told by my Little Bridge contact the Striper fishing is good at Mann’s Harbor. He also said there are Black Drum and Puppy Drum in the surf this morning.
