So today is the first day of winter? You could’ve fooled me. It has been cold. The sun is shining today on the Outer Banks. The wind is NE at 13 and the water temp is 46 degrees.
Lots of Specks on the south beaches yesterday. Fishing was slow on this side of the bridge. Boaters should be catching stripers in the Croatan sound near the Mann’s Harbor Bridge.
