I have no fishing news to report this morning. It is a cold day on the Outer Banks. Air temp is 38 degrees. The wind is NW at 7 and the water temp is 46 degrees. Have a safe New Years Eve. Be smart and don’t forget there will be check points on our highways and streets, so I suggest you not drink and drive.
