It is a beautiful day on the Outer Banks. The wind is NW at 12. Water temp is 46 degrees. The water looks good this morning. If you can brave the cold, you most likely would catch a Drum. Patrick Byrd caught a 27 in Drum on the south side of the inlet yesterday.
