A few Bluewater boats sailed yesterday and returned with Yellowfin, Dolphin, Blackfin, Albacore and Big-eye Tuna weighing in at 239 lbs.
Surf fishing continues to be excellent south of us. Blow toads and Sea Mullet at all the ramps. Puppy Drum were caught in Buxton. Citation Drum caught at ramp 55. Bluefish everywhere caught on cut bait and metal. No news from our beaches north of the inlet.
The piers are open. OBX pier is catching Blow toads. There were Drum spotted in the wash last night around the pier but none caught.
I have a Turkey picture again this morning. Jason Altizer with his 20 pounder. Just a reminder. We have what you need for Turkey hunting in TW’s.
The winds are NE at 9 and the water temp is 47 degrees.
