Surf Fishing Report:
There were a few small bottom fish caught the weekend. The winds have died and the water temp is on the rise. Fishing should improve today. All the piers said the water was full of menhaden.
We have NE wind at 8 and the water temp is 67 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:
The fishing from The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway was some better the weekend. There were keeper Flounder, some keeper Trout and bottom fish. This morning, a pretty good Trout bite. A few Trout have ended up in the coolers. Also a couple of Tailor Blues and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Some Mullet and few Bluefish.
Nags Head: Blues.
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet, Spot and Croaker.
Outer Banks: Nice size Sea Mullet and Spot.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Most of the boats stayed docked. One nearshore braved the wind and caught a good amount of Amberjack.

Offshore Boats Report:
Due to high winds, we had another no sail day.
