The Puppy Drum were scattered on the beaches from Buxton to Hatteras yesterday. The real prize was caught on Ocracoke Island yesterday. Daphne Bennink caught a 45 in Red Drum using a bottom rig and finger mullet. It is getting to be that time of the year.
