Fishing Report:
As cold as it might have been, there were a few fish caught. Avon reported Black Drum and Puppy Drum. Frisco had Sea Mullet, Blow toads and also some Black Drum.
Doug Murrell sent an e-mail telling me the Gannets were pounding the surface in Kitty Hawk yesterday. He’s hoping for Stripers again…….some day.
We have had a quick rise in air temp. It went from low 30’s at bed time to 54 degrees this morning.
The winds are S at 20 and the water is 48 degrees. Small surf, partly cloudy, windy.
