Fishing Report:
Fishing was good from the beaches Thursday. There were Puppy Drum south of Avon. Black Drum, small Specks, and Puppy Drum at the jetties and ramp 49 anglers caught plenty of Sea Mullet. Both Frisco and Hatteras caught Puppies.
Oregon Inlet had one offshore boat fishing yesterday and had fair catches of Blackfin. One inshore boat reported Black Sea Bass and large Bluefish. One Bluefish weighed in at 20 lbs.
The winds are NE at 19 and the water is 49 degrees.
