Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing anglers caught Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Spot.
The winds are NE 8 at 12 and the water temp is 67 degrees. Sunny, winds are light and small choppy waves.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported the Trout fishing has picked up this morning with a few keeper Trout already caught, also some Spot and Croakers.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Good Bluefish bite and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Bluefish and Spot
Jennette’s: Croaker, Sand Perch and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Croakers and Spot.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The nearshore boats reported good numbers of Spanish and Bluefish. Inshore caught Stripers and Speckle Trout.
Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet had good Yellowfin catches, some citations, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo and a few Dolphin. There were also White Marlin releases.
