In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
Another beautiful day on the Outer Banks. A few Sea Mullet and small Bluefish. I did get an e-mail from Peter Markland telling a about a giant Sheepshead beached in KDH.

The winds are SW at 5 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Ocean remains calm and clear, light winds, Sunny.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported throwback Trout, some keepers, Black Drum, Spot and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Spadefish.
Nags Head: Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Blues, Spadefish, Sand Perch, Pinfish and Triggers.
Outer Banks: Bluefish, small Cobia, and Bonita. Lots of bait in the water.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore fleet had a good day with plenty of Triggers, Spanish, Tilefish, Drum, and a few Kings. Spanish and Bluefish were caught as well. Inshore anglers are catching an abundance of Trout in the inlet and sound.

Offshore Boats Report:
Billfish action is improving everyday and there was one enormous 627 lb Blue Marlin caught yesterday. Plenty Dolphin were caught plus Yellowfin, a couple of Wahoo and some Blackfin.
