In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
A few bottom fish were reported but slow overall.

The winds are NW at 14 and the water temp is 69 degrees. Partly cloudy, clean swells, windy.

Sound Fishing Report:
The anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway have caught some nice size Drum and Trout the last several days along with some bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum, Black Drum, Bluefish and Trout.
Nags Head: Bluefish and Trout.
Jennette’s: Black Drum, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Outer Banks: Spot and Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The weather is not a problem for inshore. Fishing could not be better. A good amount of Citation Red Drum up to 48 in were caught and plenty Stripers. Also Trout fishing remains better than fair.

Offshore Boats Report:
Only a couple of boats sailed yesterday and caught decent numbers of Yellowfin and Blackfin.
