Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing anglers had a good day beaching Puppy Drum, Trout, Black Drum, Bluefish, and Pompano as well.
The winds are SW at 5 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, glassy swells.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported lots of Drum on the rocks this morning and lots of keeper Trout.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Good Bluefish bite.
Nags Head: Trout and Blues.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Pompano and small Trout.
Outer Banks: Good size Blues off the end, Trout up close and 5 keeper Drum.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The inshore Inlet boats caught their limits of Trout, limits of Drum and limits of Striper.
Offshore Boats Report:
The Offshore fleet is catching fair numbers of Yellowfin and Blackfin
