My info tells me it is 19 degrees in KDH. Looking at one of the beach webcams there was a brave person walking on the beach this morning. Looking ahead it looks like our weather is going to be below average most of Jan.
I have had questions asking about the jetties in Buxton. The jetties were installed in the 60’s to help with the beach erosion and save the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. Eventually the lighthouse had to be moved.

The winds are NW at 18 and the water temp is 41 degrees. Cloudy, cold, rough Ocean, strong winds.
