In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
We are having rain every day. Unfortunately it’s expected through the weekend. There were a few Puppy Drum reported along with some Bluefish at the Point and some scattered Sea Mullet along the south beaches. North of Oregon Inlet had some Sea Mullet and KDH had some Puppy Drum reported.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported A 5 lb Drum has been caught this morning and a 5 ½ was caught yesterday. Also some Spot and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Gray Trout, Sea Mullet, Pigfish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The inshore boats found the Cobia again yesterday.

Offshore Boats Report:
Despite the hard showers and more wind the bluewater fleet continues to have respectable catches. Some good size Yellowfin, Blackfin, Mahi and gaffer Dolphin were caught.

The winds are S at 12 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Sunny, small swells, light winds.
