Surf Fishing Report:
I hope it was a fun holiday for everyone. We certainly enjoyed fabulous beach weather.
I’m having breakfast this morning with Joe Malat one of my favorite surf fishing buddies and one of the best to fish with. If you do not have his book on surf fishing you should pick one up at TW’s.
There were Sea Mullet and Pompano along the south beaches. Large Sea Mullet were caught, some citations in Buxton. Spanish and Bluefish were caught on both sides of the point. There was a Cobia reported from the surf in Hatteras. We have Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Pompano on this side of the bridge.
