Surf Fishing Report:
Yesterday turned into a fairly nice day and there were fish caught. Bluefish is still the fish to catch on Hatteras Island with some really good size Sea mullet. Also some Black Drum, Pompano and Flounder scattered. The Point had big Drum along with Bluefish. The north beach’s this side of the bridge reported small Trout, Flounder, nice Sea Mullet and small Pompano. The water remains muddy, really muddy.
No one fishing the piers so far this morning, but it’s early. Conditions will lighten up later with less rain.
The good news this morning a couple boats sailed yesterday and caught Yellowfin, Blackfin and Mahi.

The winds are E at 20 and the water temp is 64 degrees. Raining, strong winds, rough Ocean.
