Surf Fishing Report:
It was a much nicer day with better temperatures. There were fish caught down south. Drum fishing was exceptionally good with Puppy Drum and Red Drum reported in Avon and slot Drum caught up and down the beaches. Ramp 43-44 added Sea Mullet and Black Drum. There were some nice size Specks also caught weighing in up to 3 lbs. Hatteras caught Trout, Pompano Black Drum and Puppy Drum. This side of the bridge has been slow probably from the lack of fishermen. Mike Gray caught 2 nice Specks in Nags Head.
There are anglers on some of the piers this morning. Nothing happening yet other than a shower ever so often.
It may be a couple of days before the fleet leaves the creek again.

The winds are N at 21 and the water temp is 58 degrees. Rain, high winds, rough Ocean
