Surf Fishing Report:
We are having nice beach days with the light winds and calm surf. Everyday we have showers. They come in quick with hard rain and thunder and then they are gone just as quick. I had several yesterday.
Down on the island surf fishermen caught Sea Mullet and Puppy Drum. We had the same reported with small Trout added.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout, Black Drum under the bridge and Sea Mullet. Sea Mullet is unusual for the bridge.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet, Spot, Drum.
Nags Head: Trout, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Jennette’s: Spot and small Trout.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and small Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers continues to have good catches of Red Drum, Trout and added Bluefish to the mix. Nearshore caught loads of Ribbons, Spanish and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet was back at the docks as early as twelve but it was not for lunch. The offshore fleet just killed it again with limits of Yellowfin. They caught some Mahi as well.

The winds are SW at 12 and the water temp is 64 degrees. Mostly sunny, light winds, small clean swell.
