Surf Fishing Report:
Another beautiful day on this sand bar and a good beach day.
Hatteras Island reported scattered Sea Mullet and Drum with a few Bluefish. We have the same with some Trout & Black Drum added in.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Stripers and Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, some keepers and Bluefish.
Nags Head: Trout, Mullet, Drum, Bluefish and Black Drum.
Jennette’s: Bluefish and Trout. Loads of Jelly fish around the pier.
Outer Banks: Puppy Drum & Mullet.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers reported nice size Stripers. Drum and Speckle Trout are plentiful in the sounds.
Offshore Boats Report:
The Off shore fleet had a more than fair day catching Yellowfin, Blackfin and Wahoo.
The winds are ESE at 4 and the water temp is 64 degrees. Mostly sunny, no wind, small swells.
