Beautiful morning here on the Outer Banks looks like it is going to be mostly sunny with a stray thunderstorms in the afternoon. Water temps have cooled down over the passed few days and muddied up a lot. Hopefully by Saturday or Sunday when this Bermuda high pushes off of us we will see the beach and pier fishing pick up once we get some northeast wind again.

Surf – Few bottom fish on the norther beaches and down south they have been catching a few drum, mullet, spanish and blues.

Piers – Fishing has been a little slower over the past few days with this dirty water just a few sea mullet.

Inshore – Great day of fishing in the sound catching puppy drum and trout on lures. The inshore fleet came back with a good amount of spanish and a few boats managed to find some kings.

Offshore – The boats came back with Mahi and bigeyes yesterday. It was a great day of fishing for the entire fleet!!!
