What a beautiful weekend we had here on the Outer Banks! The pretty weather had everyone out fishing and catching fish.
Pier Fishing Report:
The piers were busy with angler’s catching BLUE FISH, POMPANO, FLOUNDER, SPECKLED TROUT, GREY TROUT, SPOT, CROCKER, BLACK DRUM and SEA MULLET.
Surf Fishing Report:
In the surf there were SEA MULLET, POMPANO, BLACK DRUM, FLOUNDER, SPECKLED TROUT, GREY TROUT, SPOT and CROAKER caught.
Inshore/Sound Fishing Report:
Fishing in the sound angler’s caught SPECKLED TROUT and STRIPER.
Off the little bridge there were TROUT caught.
Nearshore Fishing Report:
The nearshore boats had a beautiful day catching SPANISH MACKEREL, FALSE ALBACORE and BLUE FISH.
Offshore Fishing Report:
The offshore fleet did very well with catches of MAHI MAHI, WAHOO, TRIGGER FISH and SEA BASS.
