Looks like we have some weather coming for the first part of next week. However today and tomorrow look beautiful, and the fishing should be great! From the Dolphin fishing offshore to the Pier and Surf Puppy Drum bite, fishing continues to be spectacular.
Surf and Pier anglers are reporting decent catches of Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum, Speckled Trout, Bluefish, and we even heard reports of a few Spanish Mackerel!
Inshore/Nearshore boats are reporting good catches of Puppy Drum and scattered Trout inside the inlet. Along the beaches they are reporting catches of Spanish Mackerel, a few Cobia, and some large schools of Black and Red drum.
Kayak anglers are still finding those Big Speckled Trout in those hard to reach areas of the sound.
The Offshore Fleet continues to see good catches of Dolphin with a few Wahoo, Yellowfin, and Blackfin Tuna in the mix.
