Fishing Report ![]()
Fall fishing might just be our favorite! The Speckled Trout, Drum and Bluefish fishing has been ![]()
We’ve gotten reports of big Bluefish along the beaches, but especially down south from Avon to Ocracoke. Sea Mullet fishing has also been epic. Pierce Caldwell caught a 1.55 Sea Mullet!! Drum fishing from the surf has been good too when the conditions are right. There’s still some Sharks nibbling out there too.
The piers have seen a lot of Trout. Lots of Grey Trout and Speckled Trout along with Sea Mullet and a few Drum as well.
There continues to be lots of Trout caught on the Little Bridge and throughout the sound!
The offshore baots are hooking up to Blackfins, King Mackerels, and scattered Dolphins.
Good luck to the anglers getting ready for the North Carolina Beach Buggy Association’s 14th Annual Red Drum Tournament going on from October 25-28! Stop by and let us help you get stocked up before the tournament starts!
