Fishing & Hunting Report
The cold weather this week has really deterred some of y’all’s fishing plans, but that doesn’t mean fish aren’t being caught! There have been reports of Speckled Trout around the sound. If you’re lucky you’ll find some from the surf around the inlets, but otherwise you’ll likely find yourself hooked up to a Skate or Dogfish. The offshore fleet have been having some luck catching Tunas as well! The Afishionado brought back another one yesterday!
While it may have been too cold for fishing, it certainly wasn’t too cold to sit in a duck stand. Jessie Wrenn celebrated her bachelorette with Fowl Hooked and had a great hunt! Congrats on a fantastic hunt and your upcoming wedding! Shop Employee Jaden also got a Canadian Goose!
While deer season is over, Julie shared a picture of her first deer from this past season! Congrats Julie!
