Fishing Report
Nothing beats weather like this, unless you’re catching fish! With air temps in the 60s, water temps getting up into the 50s and a Southwest wind, we can only hope that means fishing will get better and better by the day!
The big news to report is a Drum was caught off of Avalon pier last night! We should start seeing more fish in the surf and off the piers over the next few weeks as water temps continue warm up! Reports off the southern beaches include Puppy Drum, Black Drum, maybe some Blowtoads, and a few Sea Mullet!
In other news, there have been reports of Shad at the Little Bridge. Trout, Puppy Drum and Stripers continue to be caught inshore. Freshwater and inland fishing has been pretty good too!
