Fishing Report

We hope you all had a wonderful Halloween weekend!

The surf fishing has continued to be constantly changing due to weather systems, however there have been reports of Red Drum, Black Drum, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, snd small Speckled Trout. There have some reports of Red Drum on the southern beaches including Avon and Buxton.

The piers have also had tumultuous reports with the constant weather, but there have been reports of Sea Mullet, Spot, Black Drum, Spots, Puppy Drum and Speckled Trout.

The soundside fishing has been great for Speckled Trout especially around the bridges in and most importantly early in the morning. Dawn and dusk are still the best times to be out there for targeting a good Trout bite. There have also been reports of Puppy Drum, Bluefish, and Sheepshead. We still have Fiddler Crabs in stock if you’re looking for live bait!

The offshore has been slow, but steady and of course dependent upon the weather. There have been good reports of Blackfin and Yellowfin Tunas. There have also been reports

of some Mahi and Billfish. There has also been some good King Mackerel and Wahoo fishing further south.
