Surf Fishing Report:
There was some Spanish reported at ramp 45 and 55, Pompano and Sea Mullet scattered on the Island. On this side of the bridge there were Spot, Sea Mullet and Bluefish. The Flounder were biting up and down the beach yesterday. They are out of season but fun to catch.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, some keepers over the weekend, Croaker, Black Drum and Puppy Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Flounder, Mullet, Bluefish and Spot.
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Spot and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers decked Cobia, Bluefish, Spanish and Kings, loads of Ribbons. Sheepshead around the bridges. Inshore plenty Trout, some Drum and Spot.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was another Yellowfin day for the fleet. Most boats caught their limit and all boats returned to the docks with boxes full. There was a 71 lb. Dolphin among the many caught. There were Big-eyes and I’m not exaggerating. One weighed in at 209 #s and one at 219. The bottom fishing was good catching Sea Bass, Amberjack and Tilefish. Blue Marlin were caught and released

The winds are NW at 11 and the water temp is 70 degrees. Mostly sunny, light winds, warm Ocean, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report:
I would say getting fishing report at ten 0′ clock is unacceptable. But it is better than not one at all. Sorry guys, yesterday and today there are computer problems.
There was Sea Mullet and Pompano caught up and down the beach with a Spanish bite at ramp 45.
North beaches have some Spot, Sea Mullet and small Trout.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout and Black Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Spot, Sea Mullet and Trout.
Jennette’s: No contact.
Outer Banks: Trout and Spot.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore there were a significant amount of Ribbonfish, plenty Spanish, Bluefish, Amberjack and Grouper, Drum and Tilefish. Nearshore also had Ribbonfish, this time of the year they are everywhere, Specks, Bluefish and Drum. And there were some flags flying.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fishing is over the top right now. It has been a great week with every thing falling in place right down to having perfect weather. An abundance of Yellowfin tuna was there again, Blackfin, Big-eyes one weighing in at 121 lbs, Dolphin, Wahoo and Tilefish. I would say there was a meat fish grand slam.

The winds are W at 9 and the water temp is 68 degrees water surface temperatures, Sunny, light winds, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report:
The beach is already busy this morning, the yoga classes are already underway with their social distancing. Children every where having a great time, enjoying this great weather and its looking good for the weekend.
There were Spanish, Sea Mullet and Pompano up and down the Island beaches and summer small Spot, Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Black Drum on our beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout, Black Drum and Spot

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Mullet and Flounder.
Nags Head: Spot, Mullet, Drum, Bluefish and Trout.
Jennette’s: Gray Trout
Outer Banks: Small Spot, Some Trout, Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The nearshore anglers are now catching some King Mackerel along with the Spanish,and Ribbonfish. Did not hear of any Cobia in or out. Trout fishing was outstanding inshore and so is the Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
Another awesome Yellowfin day with the fleet filling their boxes early in the day and returning to the docks. A few Big-eyes, a 50 lb citation Wahoo and Gaffer Dolphin were caught as well.

The winds are NW at 9 and the water temp is 76 degrees water surface temperatures, Sunny, light & variable winds, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report: It is a little slow. On Hatteras Island they are catching Pompano and Sea Mullet on Sand fleas. Sand Fleas are plentiful right now. Just dig in the surf, put them in bucket sand and all. This side of of the Bridge Spot, Sea Mullet and Drum far north beyond Duck.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Sea Mullet and Spot this morning.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot, Sea Mullet and Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: Puppy Drum, Bluefish, Mullet, Spot and Spanish.
Jennette’s: Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Trout. Bluefish off the end.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The nearshore anglers decked Spanish and Bluefish trolling, King Mackerel, Ribbonfish and Cobia. Inshore is catching big Trout once more with Drum. Sheepshead around the bridges.

Offshore Boats Report:
Boat fishing is spectacular. They filled their boxes again with Yellowfin and some gaffer Mahi, a few Big-eye, Wahoo and released Sailfish

The winds are SE, the water temp is N/A. Sunny, no wind, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report:
We are having nice beach days with the light winds and calm surf. Everyday we have showers. They come in quick with hard rain and thunder and then they are gone just as quick. I had several yesterday.
Down on the island surf fishermen caught Sea Mullet and Puppy Drum. We had the same reported with small Trout added.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout, Black Drum under the bridge and Sea Mullet. Sea Mullet is unusual for the bridge.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet, Spot, Drum.
Nags Head: Trout, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Jennette’s: Spot and small Trout.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and small Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers continues to have good catches of Red Drum, Trout and added Bluefish to the mix. Nearshore caught loads of Ribbons, Spanish and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet was back at the docks as early as twelve but it was not for lunch. The offshore fleet just killed it again with limits of Yellowfin. They caught some Mahi as well.

The winds are SW at 12 and the water temp is 64 degrees. Mostly sunny, light winds, small clean swell.

Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is overall slow. Down on the island there were some Spanish, Pompano and Sea Mullet and on the north beaches Dan Roberts caught 2 keeper Puppy Drum in Nags Head and we also had some Sea Mullet and Trout caught.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout. I have a picture this morning of 6 keepers caught there yesterday. Also some Drum and Black Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum, some keepers and Spot.
Nags Head: Spot, Mullet, Puppy Drum and Blues.
Jennette’s: Blues, Gray Trout, Sand Perch and Spot.
Outer Banks: Spanish, Sea Mullet and Croaker.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore fishing was outstanding with the boats catching loads of Spanish, plenty Ribbon fish, King Mackerel and for the bottom fishermen Sea Bass. Inshore caught their limits of Trout and Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
Yellowfin Tuna is still dominating the news with the offshore fleet returning to the docks everyday with their boxes packed full. There were also a few gaffer Dolphin and some Wahoo. There were also Blue Marlin releases.

The winds are SW at 11 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Sunny, light winds, flat and glassy.

Surf Fishing Report:
A beautiful day on the Outer Banks. Lots of people on the beach early this morning. No wind and warm Ocean.
Hatteras Island had Sea Mullet, Spot, Pompano, Spanish and Puppy Drum.
We had Drum at the Inlet and some scattered Spot, Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Croaker.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching early morning Trout

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum, Trout and Spot.
Nags Head: Trout an Bluefish
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Spanish and Spot
Outer Banks: Trout, Spanish and Puppy Drum

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The nearshore caught Spanish, Bluefish and Ribbons while the inshore caught Puppy Drum, Cobia and Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet caught a good amount of Yellow fin again on Sunday and abundant of Dolphin. There were also a Sailfish and 2 Blue Marlin releases.

The winds are ENE at 5 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report:
Wishing all Fathers a good day.
We had a gully washer storm yesterday afternoon. Could have another today.
Mullet and Black tip Sharks were at ramp 44, There were Bluefish and Spanish in Hatteras and Frisco, also some Pompano, and Blues at ramp 55. Some Spot showed up on most of the beaches. A few Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Spot were beached on this side of the bridge.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Spot, Black Drum and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Mullet and Spot
Nags Head: Blues, Trout, Spanish, Croaker.
Jennette’s: nothing
Outer Banks: Trout, Blues, Spanish, keeper Puppy Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore fishing anglers enjoyed catching Puppy Drum, Red Drum and Trout. Nearshore had a fantastic Spanish day with Bluefish and plenty Ribbon fish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The bluewater fleet hauled in another outstanding catch of Yellowfin, with gaffer Dolphin, Big-eye and Tilefish as well

The winds are SE at 2 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small surf.

Surf Fishing Report:
Hatteras Island reported citation Pompano, Sea Mullet, Red Drum, Spanish and Albacore from the surf. The north beaches reported Craoker, Spot, Puppy Drum, Spanish, Flounder (can’t keep em) and Bluefish.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway has Trout this morning with some keepers and also White Perch.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Trout, Mullet, Spot, and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Drum, Spanish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Spot, Sea Mullet, Trout and loads of Spanish off the end.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
A beautiful day to be fishing inshore and nearshore. Nearshore anglers caught Spanish, Bluefish, big numbers of Ribbonfish and Amberjack. Inshore caught their usual good catches of Drum and some nice size Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
The Yellowfin bite was phenomenal again with boats limiting out and with a few Big-eyes included.

The winds are SE at 8 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Mostly cloudy, light winds, small swells.

Surf Fishing Report:
Hatteras Island has Bluefish and Sea Mullet in good numbers and some scattered Spot.
There have been Bluefish, Spot, Sea Mullet and Trout up and down on our beaches.
Jamie Miller sent a note telling me he hooked Puppy Drum with a TW’s double plastic rig while Kayak fishing at Oregon Inlet.
I have heard there are Mullet, Bluefish and Spanish in the surf in Nags Head this morning and the Spanish is right in the first break.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Spot, Croaker, Trout, and Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No contact
Nags Head: Spanish, Bluefish,Trout, Mullet and Spot
Jennette’s: No contact.
Outer Banks: Speckle Trout and Bluefish off the end.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Drum and Trout fishing has been good for the inshore fisherman but the Drum fishing even got better yesterday. Nearshore decked plenty Bluefish, Spanish, and Sheepshead with some Cobia.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was an awesome Yellowfin day. A lot of boats out yesterday so a lot of Yellowfin laid out on the docks. The Dolphin were scattered and there was a Blue Marlin release.

The winds are SE at 2 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Mostly Sunny, light winds, med swells.
