Surf Fishing Report:
Beautiful beach days but slow fishing days. Scattered Sea Mullet, small Blues and a few Spot.
The wind is NE at 13 and the water temp is 77 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout and bottom fish.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow a few Sea Mullet, Spot and a 32 in Albacore.
Nags Head: Slow, a few Spot.
Jennette’s: No report.
Outer Banks: Slow. A few Pinfish.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore boats caught Albacore, Spanish and Blues. Inshore anglers caught Mullet, Blues and Flounder.
Offshore Boats Report:
It was a spectacular day for all charters out of Oregon Inlet. Plenty of Yellowfn caught, lots of Blackfin caught, a good amount of Dolphin and 6 Wahoo, one weighing over 42 lbs.
