Fishing Report

It wasn’t the most beautiful weekend we could have asked for, but the fish didn’t seem to mind whether the sun was shining or not!

There was plenty of action in the surf this recently. Anglers have been catching Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, and False Albacore. As the week progresses, we anticipate to the conditions to be favorable for better Drum fishing. We have coolers stocked with Fresh Mullet, which is the ideal bait for surf fishing right now. There have also been reports of Pompano and Puppy Drum to the south as well.

The piers have been reporting Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Pinfish, and Sea Bass. Hopefully we’ll see some Drum action from the piers this week as well.

The inshore fishing has been great for Trout, Drum, and Bluefish. Our trusted Captains- @mott_ridge_charters@saltywatersobxfishing@reelisticfishingcharters@doacharters have been crushing it!

The offshore boats probably won’t be going g out much this week, but this weekend we saw lots of Mahi and Tunas!
