Surf Fishing Report:
I was at Oregon Inlet yesterday. We had scattered rain showers and quite windy. The Drum fishing was fair. When I got to the beach, Maggie Simmons had already caught 3. Sam Stokes beached a 30 in. It was the largest I saw caught. Scott Garris caught Drum and lost a really big one. A reminder to everyone. If someone is walking a fish down the beach, reel in your lines. It  is called sportsmanship.
The wind conditions are a bigger problem today than yesterday. Really big water. The wind is N at 22 and the water temp is 73 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot and 2 Red Drum.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: No report.
Outer Banks: Slow.

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
A few boats went out yesterday. It was windy but they manage to have good Puppy Drum catches, a few Cobia, Gray Trout and lots of Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
High winds and rough water made the conditions tough for the fleet to leave the docks.
